Charcuterie Cart Pricing & Policies
Our cart, lovingly named Brieyoncé, is available for private events and includes on-site setup, a trained cart attendant, and individual servings for your guests.

Bottomless Charcuterie (unlimited servings per guest) or Limited Charcuterie (one serving per guest)

Pricing:

   •    $25 per guest for events with fewer than 100 guests
   •    $20 per guest for 100 guests or more
   •    $12 per guest for a single-serving setup 

Rental & Service Fee:
A non-refundable $300 fee covers cart rental, setup and breakdown, and a dedicated cart attendant.
​
Up to 2 hours of service at the event with the option to add on more time.
1 hour in advance for assembly
45 min after service for disassembly​
 
Please Note Before Booking Brieyoncé (Our Charcuterie Cart):
   1.    The cart must be placed and set up on a flat, level surface for safety and functionality.
   2.    To preserve food quality and ensure comfort for our cart attendant, the cart must be positioned out of direct sunlight.
   3.    Board in SLO reserves the right to substitute ingredients based on availability. All items are sourced with seasonality and freshness in mind
