Each table is designed with premium artisan cheeses, curated charcuterie, and seasonal accompaniments, styled to suit the tone of your event!

All grazing tables are designed as appetizer-style portions and include:
Seasonal greenery
5–6 varieties of artisan charcuterie
8–10 varieties of artisan cheese
Honey, jams, and dips
Crackers, nuts, and a sweet treat
Fresh and dried fruit
Pickled items
Serving utensils (tongs, knives, spoons, honey dippers)

Flat-lay Grazing Table
A relaxed, abundant presentation styled directly on butcher paper. This option features a generous assortment of cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal fruit, crackers, nuts, and sweet and savory bites. Finished with fresh herbs and organic edible flowers for a naturally beautiful, communal grazing experience.

Client must provide a sturdy table surface, located out of direct sun and harsh weather for food safety.
Elevated Grazing Table
​​​​​​​​​A more refined, layered display using risers, platters, and stands for added height and visual impact. Includes the same curated food selection as the flat lay, with enhanced presentation and ease of guest access.

All Board in SLO stands and platters must be returned within 72 hours, or same-day if not pre-arranged.

The 101 Graze (Drop-off)
​A signature Board in SLO offering and an easy alternative to a full grazing table. The 101 Graze is a large, fully styled charcuterie board prepared off-site and delivered ready to serve—no on-site setup required. Ideal for cocktail hours, office gatherings, open-house events, and smaller celebrations.

Includes a curated selection of artisan cheeses, premium charcuterie, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, crackers, and seasonal accompaniments, arranged on a long wooden board.

These boards can serve 30-60 guests as an appetizer or 15-30 guests as a meal. Ideal for elopements, micro weddings, corporate events, happy hours, birthday parties, and other smaller gatherings, this appetizer-sized spread offers a beautiful and budget-friendly grazing option without sacrificing quality or presentation.

Pickup of the board must be arranged immediately after your event concludes, or within 24–48 hours if discussed in advance.
