Had the best time bringing our personal-sized crudités and graze boxes to Olive + Lavender Farms in Los Olivos.
Even though Brieyoncé had to sit this one out (thanks, rain!), so many people came out to enjoy olive oil and balsamic tastings — and yes, I left with a few goodies of my own.

Switched gears for this Cars/racetrack-themed graze table! Not my usual styling of cheese, but stepping outside the comfort zone can be so fun. Crackers (or anything that holds a crisp) do not belong on the charcuterie board, unless you’re consuming immediately! The fresh fruit and cheese will cause it to become soggy. I’ve learned this the hard way— with watermelon radish, crackers, sweet pretzels, etc. All of my boards will come with a complimentary sleeve of crackers on the side. 🍋 🍯 Huge thanks to the amazing client who snapped some photos for me! The theme was Italian Lemon and Blues—and let me tell you, I might have to steal that idea because it was so cute! I wish I had a picture of their adorable sign. They threw the sweetest celebration for their momma’s 60th, and it was absolutely beautiful.

One of the guests asked me about the Brie, and I told her it was just regular Brie—but here’s the trick: let it sit for about 30 minutes before digging in. She admitted to eating right outta the fridge! Also, those insulated pans are a total game-changer (the white one in my cart). They keep things cold for HOURS. I only used them for the meats since cheese is best served at room temp!

I’m so grateful to have been part of this special event—everyone was so kind! And as always, a huge shoutout to my tribe for helping with setup and teardown. You all are the best! 🙏🏼
